We had a 12 day cruise and Ryan booked all of our excursions. There were five of them and they were all fantastic. He was so helpful because he checked to make sure we were notified from the individual tours that he booked and a couple times we weren’t so he saved the day

We were concerned about all of the moving around of our luggage from ship to trains to lodges etc. Ryan said it would be taken care of and it was, right from our rooms. Each destination had clear instructions and we didn’t have to move our own luggage at all. This was a seamless 2 week trip from the beginning of planning it with Ryan to the last day.
